| Wire
Drawing: EC grade copper/
aluminium wire rod is cold drawn to the required size on bull block and
the continue machine using T.C/diamond wire drawing dies. The finished
size is drawn using diamond wire drawing dies to ensure exact diameter
and finish. |

| Stranding/bunching:
For multistrand conductor the drawn wires are bunched together on the
bunching machines. For bigger size cables the conductor is compacted. |

| Core
Insulation : The conductor
is insulated with the India's best PVC compound by the extrusion
process. Modern extruders of very good and high L/D ratios with
automatic temperature controllers and continuously AC/DC drives are
used to ensure the fine extrusion. Automatic O.D. controller meter is
there for controling diametre size of the cables and wires very
perfectly. |
